Piano book recommendations
on: December 08, 2013, 11:15:43 AM
Hello!

Could you recommend me a book for developing my playing skill and score reading/playing.
I'm thinking mostly classical genre, but open for other styles.

I'm pretty confident at general music theory.
I'm on level 1-3 of 10 regarding playing scores.
But when playing chord-based songs (C, Dm7, Gmaj7 and so), I can accompany most songs rather well (bass, chords; I have a background in guitar).

Something like level 2-6 of 10 or 1-8 of 10 could suit me fine.
Comments, historical notes, technique tips, fingering could be good.

Thanks!
