Wish (Serah's Theme) - Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Piano Cover)
on: December 11, 2013, 05:15:23 AM
Last upload for the year
Holiday to the Philippines till next year!
Wish from the game Final Fantasy XIII-2 ....Enjoy!
- The video and the music audio in some parts are not in sync because I recorded the song first then I filmed the video and put them together using iMovie/Final Cut.

This is pretty decent. You mange a stumble here and a hesitation there with grace. Job well done. I think you could do without audio enhancement and video effects. It's a pretty tune ( I wish Hamauzu would have developed it more here like he did when using the theme in other parts of the main score).
I believe you can revisit this eventually and find some places to enhance your phrasing and dynamics. Overall it's pretty clean but I was left wanting more expression without making it more sentimental (easy to go overboard with sweetness here)
Hmm study how she does it, she has the best performance of this on YouTube I think. Her arrangement is published so don't expect to find the exact score on the web. Buy it if you want it (and please dont ask me to post it here, copyright
) Support the music you enjoy so you can have more of it in the future.
Again good job, just could use some tweaks here and there.
