Mozart Sonata in C K330 1st movement

I can pretty much play the whole of the first movement but have problems with trills in the final runs and playing them up to speed.
Should I slow down the whole movement or keep on until I've mastered it?
I also think it may be a psychological hurdle as if I practice the bars with the runs separately, I can just about make it but when it comes to playing the whole movement, it turns into a mess when I get there.

I had HUGE problems with the end of that movement, too - and then my teacher taught me that, when you have trills and big runs in one hand that freak you out, you should think about the other hand only and concentrate on the notes you are playing in the other hand.  I stopped having any problems with any ornaments after that.

I don't know if that works for everyone, but it certainly worked for me.
