I've not seen a scan of this online.  It appears to be in Selected Piano Sonatas Volume II published by Henle.  They indicate "first edition" for this piece--it may be the only available edition.

There is a Darrell Berg's fascimile edition of selected CPE Bach works, it may contain this piece.
