New grade 6 pieces?
on: January 25, 2014, 06:26:29 PM
I have so many songs I want to learn from so many composers, but I can't play them at my level! Other than Chopin, are there any other great grade 6 songs that I should play? Any Beethoven Sonatas, Mozart Sonatas, Schubert, anything! Thanks.

As far as numbers go there's plenty to choose from on the
pianosyllabus.com
website at grade 6. There's 61 entries for various members of the Bach family, 28 entries for Beethoven, 18 for Bartok, 13 for Burgmuller and 4 for Brahms. And that's just the letter B. From there Youtube can help you sort out what you'd like to learn.
