Repertoire recommendations

Hi everyone,
i'm in my final year at the music-school and i'v got time left for only one or two pieces which probably be my last pieces lernt "professionally".
so i am lookingo for realy great romantic pieces but i havent been succeded finding somthing i like and feets me(i'v been suggested Chopin's Scherzo no. 2 and Fantasia impromptu but im not that enthusiastic to learn them :/)
So do you have any suggestions for some impressive, beautiful and not extremely long romantic-early modern pieces?

romantic music i'm already playing:
-Schubert's impromptu op.90 no 4
-Chopin's etude op 25 no. 2
-Liszt's Paganini Etude: "The Chase" (Op.141 i think)
-Rach's Prelude in G minor (Op. 23)

Liadov Preludes Op. 46 entire set, or Variations Op. 51 or Barcarrole Op. 44. There's this one prelude from his Op. 39 I really like, it's in c minor I think. Very beautiful. Not exactly a Chopin, Liszt or Schubert but I assure you that his music, despite being miniatures require a lot of work to actually sound authentic. Gotta get a handle of all dat counter-point and stuff

You should also take a look at Medtner's fairy tales, there so many gems in those piano cycles I lost count. Medtner's like a hidden treasure in music.

You should try a composer by the name of Georgy Catoire, his two compositions, etude fantastique (op.12 no.4) and his prelude op.10 no.2, are real gems that deserve more attention and contain hints of impressionism, although no doubt romantic.

Out of the fairy tales by medtner that i've listened to, Op. 51 No. 6, Op. 14 No. 2 (March of The Paladin) and Op. 20 No. 2 (Campanella) are perhaps 3 of the most exciting.

Impromptu No.3 Op. 51 or Op. 36
Mazurka Op. 50 No. 3
Scherzo No. 4, the least played of the four scherzos, and the best one imo.

Mendelssohn Prelude and Fugues Op. 35
Scottish Sonata/Fantasie Op. 28

And check out Schubert's Landlers

Silvestrov Op. 2 is nice and easy.
Any of his Kitsch Music too.

Here are my suggestions:
- Beethoven's Sonatas, they're very beautiful.
- Chopin's Etudes (My favorite is Op. 25 No. 12 "Ocean Etude").
- Rachmaninoff's Prelude Op. 32.

What about one of the Brahms late pieces?  There's lots to choose from out of op. 116/117/118/119.  Or one of the early Ballades op.10?

I tend to "lose" some files only to rediscover them later when looking for something else later (very easy to let happen when you have thousands and thousands of scores ).  
Teresa, however, holds a very special place in my heart though, so I may (scratch ->SHOULD)  have a back up folder of all her work in one of several cloud drive private accounts.  Let me look around, will get back to you ( this is on a 'to learn' list so I am likely to have it in a "to learn" folder on another computer too).

I will try to respond either by post or pm to you ASAP with a more concrete answer.

by the way, Clara Rodriguez.  A very beautiful creature with current teaching responsibilities at a Royal Music College has recorded much/all her work to great acclaim and very much in my opinion the best at realizing her music. Some is on YouTube. The album is worth speaking out
