Piano Street Magazine:
Wagner’s Universe in a Pianist’s Hands

One of the most thrilling performances offered at Cremona Musica this year was the Wagner by Liszt recital given by Filippo Tenisci – Italian pianist, born 1998 and celebrated for his refined interpretations and expressive mastery of the Romantic repertoire. After his recital we got the chance talking to Tenici about his Wagner/Liszt project. Read more

The phrasing could have been done better if I say so myself, but I did my best.

Feedback would be welcome. And of course if you liked it.

I'm working on some of Op.15 myself, but I although I recognise the piece, it's not one of those, which is confusing. Anyway, and I fully understand that should I finally bring myself to post one of my efforts here at some point I may pay for this, it sounded a little lumpy. Not sure if that's to do with notes not going down quite together, phrasing, tempo or balance between the volume of each note. Keep going though, because it could definitely come together with a little work. What does your teacher think?

That's okay. :p

Anyways, I'm actually satisfied with the piece. The recording wasn't perfect in regard to the recording device I used and also because of other factors, but overal I'm quite happy with the piece.

My teacher gave the 'ok' sign for this piece weeks ago. I'm not practising it anymore.

Thanks for the comment! :)
