Good job!
You've managed to make it both pretty smooth, and pretty rhythmic at the same time.
Consider making the texture less mucky in places by pedaling less, so that the electricity of touch can really shine. It is a toccata, after all. You want to wield a light-saber here. Not a pool noodle!
Save the pedal for the spots that really need it, like the climax and the ending. In other places, look for contrast in terms of sound-texture!
Bravo! You play this well.

thanks for your comment. i never really learned pedaling with the deliberateness it should be approached with. I tend to view the pedal as just some random accessory that happens to be lying at the foot of the piano and I prod at it with pretty much the same lack of purpose. It's a bad habit, but I'm getting better at utilizing the pedal for music. My young chang is terrible, though, and pressing the pedal even slightly undampens the strings as much as pressing the pedal all the way down would on another piano. idk
i moved on /w this piece, ( i still want to keep it as part of my "repertoire" doe) do u think i can play heroic poloniaise
