You need to get a second teacher. Most world class pianists have two teachers.
Before you even think of working on either of those pieces, you need to work on some Hanon too. With two teachers.
Check on youtube for a video of how to play those without reading the music. I'm thinking of Barrett's Tract. I haven't heard of this Fur Elise piece.

You might want to think about Plinkmaninoff's Variations on a concerto by Schumann. I've heard variation 431 is a blast to play.
It sounds awfully similar to Phist von Kluster's Chaconne on a whimpering A minor fragment. If you are good with chords and the requirement for three and five-sixteenth hands this may be the piece for you.
What is a Fur Elise?

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

What is a Fur Elise?
Some sort of beauty cream apparently:
Not sure if that would impress a teacher so much as terrify them.

Obviously Thal does not need any of that, being as handsome as he is...

The massive long pause between parts I & II of
Tract
is a real killer to play, so it might just be that this is the harder of the two.
You should pick your teachers carefully, though (Bob's suggestion of two is a wise one); maybe Valentina Grimaud and Hélène Lisitsa...
Best,
Alistair
