I´m looking for music similar to Erik Satie

Hello, Im Teresa, and I'm looking for your recommendation on artists or pieces that are simple, emotive and quite.. I can´t think of other words to describe it, but Erik Satie is the only artist I know that plays this mood, and here is another example:

on minute 1:24:

For me, this calm and not "pretencious" music is related to a very inner state of the mind, or the soul, wich is deeply emotional but basic, plain and simple at the time. I'd love to find more music like this, even in other genres or instruments. I'm not a piano player, I enjoy classical music and medieval too. I'm from Argentina, greetings to all :) And thanks.

Teresa

Satie is pretty unique, so it depends rather a bit on what it is you like about him.

Some composers you might look into:

Debussy, Ravel, Ibert and the esquisses of Alkan

Steve Reich, John Adams and Phillip Glass

Erwin Schulhoff
