Hi,
I am looking for a device that can display sheet music in a large enough format such as 9 x 12 viewable area.  I only want to view pdf files, no wifi/3g/apps. Able to set it on the music stand just like any book.  I know about ipads and kindles but they are strange sizes.  In this day and age someone must have developed something that can present a pdf in regular "book" size. Thanks for any information you can offer.

I think there are giant tablets.

I've wondering about taking a large but thin monitor and using that.  Add a footpedal to flip pages.  Still a lot of cords (yuck, yuck) on the piano though.

How about a 20" (or larger) monitor, tied to a PC or Mac.  It's far bigger than any tablet, and less expensive.

Got an old laptop, one not quite up to snuff for normal usage?  Plug in the flat panel and demote that laptop to "I just display sheet music" status.
