Which complete set of etudes you think is more difficulty to perform? op 10 or op 25?

It depends on which set you are more familiar with.
If you are equally familiar with both sets, then both are equally difficult.
Each opus takes quite a while to master, and most people can only realistically master one opus at a time.
So if you master op. 10 first, op. 25 will be more difficult, and vice versa.
