Don't take this personally.

But really, doesn't anyone get bored of being so perky all the time? What is the average age of people on this forum? seriously. Would you estimate.....14-15? It really peeves me that at 14 years old, these kids are trying their damndest to seem so frickin learned about all this....music.  Please heed some advice.  I'm not even close to the greatest pianist in the world, but until you can admit to yourself you know jack sh** (scuse me) about playing the piano, can you really take it to the next level. So in the mean time be a teenager and go get in trouble. F***.

your friend  :D
Rob

But aside from all that, seriously do keep studying and acheiving because you can do it if you want to kids. I'm not being sarcastic. In highschool Tracy McGrady's basketball coaches told him he would never make the NBA, and he said thanks for the challenge. Ya i know cheesy but true. Peace.

Get in trouble?! Bee a teenage ?!
I find that teenage angst is completely useless and stupid
I'm a liberal, anticomformist, antimilitarist, no-global (even a bit anarchist) and I've found there are better ways to being reactionary, instead of breaking everything and being violent I decided to be constructive and open to dialogue
This is a better way to being reactionary and this is the only way to change the future for the best
Taking drugs, drinking lot of alcohols, making illegal race cars, breaking McDonalds, swear to people and insult teachers and parents does nothing; it doesn't free yourself from your angst, it doesn't make your angst usefull and it does make you an idiot withou a brain
I'm free of strict stereotypes rules and happy of being myself all the time
I believe in using the constructive and beautiful potential or teenagers instead of their worst, destructive and stupid side
I'm for teenage desire of freedom and justyce and for their fantasy and desires
Now, there do there's a lot of potential for wonderful future chances for a better world not in the destructive side

No, sorry!  Didn't mean to hurt your feelings.  Just my vain attempt at humor, ...you know, trying to lighten things up a bit :).  You sounded so serious I had to pull out a handkerchief and wipe a tear out of my eye. :'(

i don't get the impression that most people here are 14yrs old, i'm 18 and so's a lot of others. and so what if we're all musically obsessed? of course you're going to get people like that here cos duh it's a pianoforum and thus we express an interest in such a thing. being a typical teenager who is plainly interested in rebelling against their parents and society is moronic. like seriously, they're all little wingers who continuously complain about their livesand b*tch about others.  jeez i'd prefer a kid who i could have an intelligent conversation with rather than talking about what the latest freakin fashion is cos it's all d*mn ugly anyway.

Thanks, now my feelings are fixed
Now, I've too remember that when one put an emoticon on the sentence, the sentence is humorous  ;)

When you delete your account, there is obviously no way to restore it?  The PF server I bet doesn't have gigs of room to back up the members I guess.

Right on, Tash!
BTW, in my original post I said
"Can't a teen be normal without having idiotic stereotypes thrown at him/her?!"
You can change the 'normal' to 'abnormal' if it suits you better, but i don't see what's so weird about a teenager actually using his/her mind and learning about something that interests him/her.

If you recall, Rob47 is the guy who got wasted and posted here once.  Even though we all had a good laugh, I think that he is no longer taken seriously.  Sad, but true.  With myself, I take seriously those who have who have made a positive track record for themselves.  And there are quite a few here who give consistent, and reliable advice--given in a respectable way.

btw--I am TOTALLY amazed at the knowledge and talent of some of the teens here!!  I am totally blown away and their knowledge and maturity.

I didn't say he wasn't, as I myself got a kick out of his drunken post!  I was merely stating a fact, because people wondered if Rob47 got banned.

What makes me think I'm not in the positive track group.  Sighs.
