Accepting any input!

Thanks!

There are some mistakes here and there, but not too many I believe.

Some lovely moments you achieved! However, I did have a few thoughts:

The trills would sound much better if they were more even and began from the note above.

I think your feel for the piece was a bit too dreamy, overall.

Try to keep the pulse moving forward, so that the music never becomes stagnant.

Sing the melody with more tone, and less sound in the overall picture.

Make sure you really understand all of the rhythms-some of them sounded pretty suspect.

Don't let your pedaling ever get too mucky!

Good work! I look forward to hearing it again when you've developed the interpretation a bit more!

Wow, did I ever say I love your tips?

Simple and very straightforward, but still, very significant.

Will take care of all these things. Thanks for all the input in the two recordings I posted in this forum.

Now, there's only one thing I don't quite understand. What do you mean to say when you tell me the "feel a was a bit too dreamy"?

Ultimately, 'feel' is a somewhat personal matter. If you really think this piece should convey a dreamy atmosphere, then by all means do so!

Personally, I think there is a greater sense of emotional urgency in Chopin's music than what I usually hear when people play it in a more dreamy way.  But there simply is no one 'correct' way to interpret Chopin's music. It's more open-ended than that, artistically.
