Poll is pretty much saying that Medtner doesn't deserve to be underrated. I am currently listening to his quintet, and my mind is being blown. He was a great composer.

Medtner doesn't deserve to be underrated.

If he (or, for that matter, anyone else) deserved it, he wouldn't be underrated, just lowly rated.
