Please keep us updated on your condition and let us know if there has been any progress with alleviating or eliminating the muscle fatigue.

Thank you again, everyone, for all your comments and ideas, I am still digesting all this and working out a plan of action. I'd like to express again how much I appreciate the interest everyone has shown and generosity in offering analyses, tips, and suggestions. This is very valuable to me.
