I love all 3 of these and have been given the choice to study a concerto.

Beethoven Concerto No. 3 in c minor
Saint Saens Concerto No. 2 in g minor
Chopin Concerto No. 2 in f minor

So which out of these is the most difficult or most demanding? Thank you!

Dunno. Flash Player shows them all three equally well on my system.

The Saint-Saens is wayy overplayed and the Chopin is also very popular....
...choose the Beethoven.
Pathetique - Beethoven
Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 - Liszt
Toccata - Bowen
Warrior/Memories in an Ancient Garden - Louie

Beethoven's too boring and the Chopin is way too overplayed. Go for the Saint-Saens.

Oh come on - the Saint-Saens isn't that mundane. When you hear the concerto played EXCEPTIONALLY well, then it's far more interesting than the Chopin or the Beethoven.

I worked on Beethoven 3 for a few months preparing for a competition and it was the most rewarding musical experience I had experienced. The music is absolutely profound, and I never tired of it. Chopin 2 is exceptionally beautiful, and I personally feel much more at home in Chopin's expressive language than in Beethoven, but after a while it does become apparent that the Chopin was a work of a young prodigy, the Beethoven of an already established master. I am not familiar with the Saint-Saens, but I do not imagine it can hold a candle to Beethoven.
Currently working on Beethoven:
Piano Concerto in C minor, Op. 37
Piano Sonata No. 4 in E flat, Op. 7
Piano Sonata No. 23 in F minor "Appassionata", Op. 57
Piano Sonata No. 27 in E minor, Op. 90

Neither of them are what I would call flash.

Beethoven 3 is preferable, as you could have a couple of pints of beer before the piano part starts.

What? In front of the orchestra, conductor and audience? You could have a half bottle of Amarone before the piano part of the Busoni starts - or as much beer as you'd like before the commencement of Brahms 1...

Yeah, let's have an argument on which we personally think is flashiest. Gotta love the internet.

They are all "way overplayed" concerti.

Personally, I'd pick the one that is the way mostest overplayed of the three and play it way differently.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Dreyschock is flashy, and so is Schytte, Winding and a hundred others. Saint Saens is just tame.

If you were sufficiently educated to know how Schytte was properly pronounced, you would not have made that pathetic comment.

Look, feel free to enjoy your Schytte. I'm sure your life doesn't have enough Schytte in it. Fill your life with end to end Schytte. I think that Schytte finds its own true level.

Your attempt at humour fails due to your inability to correctly pronounce the composers name.

The Chopin is the most demanding, but the Beethoven is the most interesting (and easiest of the 3)

I am no fan of Beethoven's 3rd. I do, though, adore his 5th and like his 4th very much. Chopin's orchestral parts are on the dull side but both of his concertos are definitely listenable, with more complex piano writing than the Saint-Saëns. Saint-Saëns' concerto has an unfortunate anticlimax to resolve the entrance. However, it's still a good piece. Rachmaninov's 4th has an unsettling "dissolution" anticlimax as well first at the start, although it makes more sense in the context of the music — particularly for the original version.
