The piece starts at 12:57. If you want, watch the interview too. Thanks for your help :)

Still hunting...

One of the youtube comments might have it...
Heia in den Bergen
"Calin Boisteanu

13:00 Look for Heia in den Bergen , that's the name of the tune."

Yeah, I think so...

Beddybies in the mountains?  Is that what Heia in den Bergen means?

Whatever it is... Person, bedtime, something...

Yep.  I'm not finding a piano transcription though, at least a video on youtube.

Die Csárdásfürstin
"(literally The Csárdás Princess; translated into English as The Riviera Girl and The Gipsy Princess) is an operetta in 3 acts by Hungarian composer Emmerich Kalman, libretto by Leo Stein and Béla Jenbach."

Yep. It's there again around 5:30 in this video.  Orchestral.

Reminds me of Offenbach, Italian/Romany (ie Gypsy, being politically correct).
Red, white, and green birdlady....  Ladies....  Colors of Italy there.

Yeah, I bet the music might be under another title too.

The Gipsy Princess
Composer Emmerich Kalman, arranged by H M Higgs
No idea what the quality of that arrangement is.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Wallace interview clip is Horowitz's own arrangement of that.

Hungarian composer.  Lyrics are in German.  Interesting blend.

Horowitz must have had a thing for operatic gypsy girls...

If that's actually him.

(One of those times I can't post....  darnit.....)

The Wallace interview, around 12:00 sounds like some kind of variation on Carmen themes.  I think.

Mentions that Higgs arrangement.  Who knows if that's what Horowitz was playing though.

Here's another video though.
