Well, it's a concertante arrangement of Rachmaninoff's 2nd Symphony in E minor by Alexis Warenberg, but I suppose you already know that.

It says that the sheet music has been published by Boosey&Hawkes but only one I managed to find online is for rent only, and the cadenza is excluded: https://www.boosey.com/cr/rental-music/Sergei-Rachmaninoff-Piano-Concerto-No-5/52494.

Also, it's probably too damn difficult.

+1 - not too unsimilar in type to the concerto symphoniques of Litolff.

+1 - yes they hold exclusive licensing rights and it may be rented through their ensemble rentals/sales office

+1 - horrendously difficult, made more so by having to play from an orchestral/conductor score, it is highly unlikely it exists in any rehearsal reduction or solo + orchestra cues format.

Thought I would just revive this thread as I am also very interested in this Symphony (concerto 5). I found a full score by the well-known publisher Dover Music Publications here: https://www.amazon.com/Symphony-Minor-Score-Dover-Scores/dp/0486406296/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1517986652&sr=8-1&keywords=rachmaninoff+symphony+2+dover. I agree with the fact that it will be very difficult, here is a link to reknown pianist Wolfram Schmitt-Leonardy playing the Alexis Warenberg converted (arranged) version of the symphony into the hypothetical "piano concerto 5):
. Thanks all!
