Triplet exercises in different keys. I need them, help me find those, please!

Hallo guys,

I need some triplet exercises in different keys, with fingering. Do you guys know any of those?


I mean things like, for example:


In C major key:     

CDE
 DEF
   EFG
     FGA
       GAB
         ABC
           BCD
             CDE     and so on..and then backwards the same formula.





When improvising i use a lot of this triplets. So to make it go fluent, i need some exercises with fingering.

I fount triplet exercises in thirds and sixths, but unfortunately not in single notes.


If anyone can help me out, i will be very greatful

What I would honestly do with that is do 123234 over and over, provided it's just in C major. Other keys that MIGHT work, but I can't determine that offhand.
