Ugh this is a ABRSM grade 8 piece, some of the chords in the piece are literally impossible to play... Is there any way to perform it without doing a spread? ;)

A quick sight-read refreshed my memory. There are a lot of tenths! However, it seems you can redistribute many of the left hand top notes to the right hand. You can also supinate your left hand so that it reduces the stretch between the fingers. Refingering some of the middle notes of the chords may help too.
Practise until you can't get it wrong.

You can miss out 1 of the notes on some chords. For example, the F in the penultimate left hand chord of the piece.
Beethoven - Sonata in C sharp minor, Op 27 No 12
Chopin - Fantasie Impromptu, Nocturn in C sharp minor, Op post
Brahms - Op 118, Nos 2 & 3
