Problems posting on Audition.

Hello,
    Ive tried a couple of times to post a video on the Audition section. Its a MPEG file, its 106MB.
 It seems to Upload OK but when it's finished it has told me that my session has timed out.
 The second time I tried, I continued to look at other stuff, thinking that maybe it happened because I left the computer unattended and the site shut me out, but it happened again.
 Is the file too big?

Yes, it is. Besides, the file type doesn't match:
Instructions and Rules

Audio files must be in mp3 format and the maximum file size per post is 20 Mb.

 It's a video im trying to post 
     "allowed file types: mp3, mid, pdf, gif, jpg, mpg
       Maximum attachment size allowed: 35000 KB"

 I just worked out the file is to big, 35000 KB is 34MB..I dont think there is anything wrong with the type of file though?

MPEG is not listed as an allowed file type. Can't help it, sorry. The only way to post your video seems to be to upload it somewhere else and give us a link to the file in the Audition Room.

Post it to Youtube (you can make it unlisted, but not private) and link to it.
