Piano Brand "Philharmonic" any good?

I have come across a piano with the name of "Philharmonic" upright piano at a great deal. I know that is an orchestra, but I can't find any information on the actual piano. Does anyone know of this brand? Who makes it? Is it a good starter piano? I'm new to the piano world and I started late in life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
