Hello there!

I composed my new song "Lovely June". You can hear it in my performance.

I would like to hear your oppinion about the song, I like every criticism. I have been playing piano for 6 months, so in the future I will improve my songs, when I have better skills  ;)

The melody is very nice, I think, and I hope, that you also like it.

The music sheet will be revised with my teacher, so I didn't upload it yet.

It's quite a lovely and charming piece, almost like sitting in a grass field on a bright sunny day with just a bit of clouds rolling by, enjoying the view and the breeze with a friend and having a good time.

There were some issues with the performance:
a. melody needs to be musically shaped, e.g. p<mp>p.  Resolutions need to be softer.
b. the rhythm in the dotted notes motive were incorrectly played.  Oh, now that I'm looking at the way you're playing which makes it uneven.  Some notes are accented improperly.
c. the LH accompaniment was too loud, needs to be softer.  It also needs to be musically shaped, <>.
d. the unexpected sforzandi weren't appropriate.
e. the ending chord should be softer.

Let me know when you've made revisions because I'd like to play this.

Hello!

Thx for the reply! I'm happy to hear, that you like the song  :)
Next week will be the last lesson in this year, and the next will be in September, so I'm not sure, that I can post the correct music sheet to here in next week. But I will public the music sheet when it will be correct.

I'm a musician so I can look at the music to see if there are issues with harmony.  It didn't sound like there were any.

At 0:51, the song goes to 9/8 time signature from 4/4.
And at 1:00 it returns to 4/4. I think I just played it in a bad way. I think, my music sheet is nearly correct, when I replay it with Finale, then it plays it like me. But after wednesday it will be better, after my lesson  :)

I will give you the final music sheet when it's ready  ;) I'M interested in your play  :)

Finally i could put the whole song in 4/4, and I wrote a prelude for it, as my teacher suggested it.

I will update the sheet music and upload it , when I will have some free time.
