Exercise to relax left-hand wrist
on: July 26, 2014, 05:31:34 PM
Hello all
Anybody happens to know any exercise I can do to relax my wrist? Especially my left hand. It always so tense when playing fast scales, arpeggio.. Thanks you so much

I like to improvise solely with my left hand, it helps a lot with my coordination. I use it as an exercise in the beginning of every session, it's no Hanon or Czerny but it helps me quite a bit. Oh and I know this may sound cliche but bach and Scarlatti are tons of help too...
