Bortkiewicz PIano Concerto NO.2 for the Left Hand

While Boosey&Hawkes lists this piece as available for rental worldwide, they don't list it as available for purchase as  2piano reduction or in any format for that matter even though I've been receiving information from various sources that B&H publishes this piece for purchase.
Does anyone know if this score is, in fact, published and available for purchase? I know of the IMSLP Petrucci Project availability of it but it  is in handwritten form only and is far from ideal. Any help would be appreciated and in advance, thanks.
