Prokofiev 3rd Piano Concerto

The first movement has this very memorable second theme, the part with the castanets playing the rhythmic form and the orchestra playing it. I've heard it outside of the concerto, I know it's a Russian piece, but which one exactly?

You mean the one that goes: (each character representing an eight note)

Duh, I hate that theme.
Never heard of that. Interesting though.
