Could anyone possibly recommend a reliable, up-to-date scholarly book /article on performance practice in Schubert's piano music to a piano teacher and serious piano student, please?

Not sure if this one fits OP's criteria...
Masters of the keyboard : individual style elements in the piano music of Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert / Konrad Wolff.
