Try marking some cadences in the prelude.  You do it at :48 (the coda).

Now I've had a chance to look,  the notes of (what I think is) the most important tune in the Prelude aren't always coming out.    The higher D# seems covered up by the semi-quavers that follow and the following C#is the end of that phrase so maybe should be quieter than the D#?  In Bach I find the longer the note, the more important.
