*Sigh* It's been so dead here.....
on: December 02, 2004, 08:21:08 PM
I have noticed that there have been very few posts on this forum recently. Julie, for instance, has not posted for several days. Nor has Rachlisztchopin, I think. They of course, are not the only ones. Why is this? What has happened to everyone? It has been awhile also, since I've seen an interesting and informative topic in the 'Repetoire' board. I don't spend much time in the other boards except for Performance and Misc., but even in those, I have not seen much happening.

Everybody, if you see this, please post to show that you are here. If you have been here the whole time, but haven't seen anything worth posting in, please say so.

Let's see of we can create some interesting topics that are helpful. I'm not saying that there haven't been any, just not enough.

What is happening here?

I'm not interesting enough myself to come up with something that other people would respond to.  ;)

Actually you should not complain too much.

There have been some pretty exciting developments lately (Tash'picture, m1469 promising to perform with diamond-sapphire ear rings, and so on) ;D

Yes! Tash's picture is the very key to perfection of the piano!  ;)

m1469 promising to perform with diamond-sapphire ear rings is not exciting.  m1469 promising to perform with nothing on but diamond-sapphire ear rings...now that would liven up this place.  Especially if she did it live through her webcam. ;)

it is all dependent on the beautiful, diamond-sapphire, dangling ear rings.

(Plays violin for pianists who are no longer with us.)  Wait a sec... I don't play violin.  (Puts violin down and looks around.  Hopes no one noticed.)

I'm still here.  I stopped posting for awhile because I was mad that Nilsjohan had moved or deleted some of my threads (still smulders a little).  But I'm back.

I'm guessing Julie may have left for that reason too?  Then there was the Spatula incident (I don't know all the details of what happened.)

BS makes the world go 'round.  I find that I post a little on the nonpiano boards, then post a little on the regular boards.  Too much of either may not be a good thing.  It's all about balance and moderation.

But this is exactly what I have promised  :D!  However, it is all dependent on the beautiful, diamond-sapphire, dangling ear rings, I do not currently own them and this is required.  Nor do I have a webcam, but I am sure something could be figured out  :-*.

Will fake diamonds do?  I'm sure none of us can tell the difference from afar.  I'll send you a pair if you'll keep your end of the bargain. ;)

oh well well we could have an entire concert of diamond encrusted pianists wouldn't that be super duper- and i reckon that if we advertised it and sold tickets before we bought m1469's diamond-sapphire earrings and my diamond tiara then we'd probably be able to afford them!

Yes! Tash's picture is the very key to perfection of the piano! ;)

Tash in her tiara, m1469 in her ear-rings playing the 2 piano/4hands repertory. :D

We'd probably sell more tickets with the duet repertory  ;)
