Help needed : finding chords on a song (mp3)

Hi everyone...

I'm new here.
I have an urgent question. For the funeral of a friend we would like to perform a song of a Flemish pop-group. This specific song has never been released, but I have an mp3 file of it.

Now I'm trying to find all the rights chords in order to play the accompagnement on piano. I'm almost there, but there's one specific place in the song that I don't seem to get right...
(the time-pressure isn't helping.)
