Help needed : finding chords on a song (mp3)

Hi everyone...

I'm new here.
I have an urgent question. For the funeral of a friend we would like to perform a song of a Flemish pop-group. This specific song has never been released, but I have an mp3 file of it.

Now I'm trying to find all the rights chords in order to play the accompagnement on piano. I'm almost there, but there's one specific place in the song that I don't seem to get right... :'(
(the time-pressure isn't helping.)
If ANYONE could help me, I would be SO gratefull... You can send me an e-mail at [email protected], so I could send you the mp3-file in reply. I'll explain in my e-mail which seconds I'm talking about.
