Does Chopin's E minor Valse seem un-dance like to you?

Most of this doesn't seem very waltz like.... I have given it the nickname the "schizophrenic" waltz- I'm sorry Chopin, I know you hated nicknames for your pieces!
If you try REALLY hard, you can make out the waltz most places, but it's much less obvious than say, the Valse Brilliante in Eb.
Anyways, just my rantings at whatever time it is right now.

Not all waltzes and marches are actually meant to be moved to.  Some are just for listening.  This sounds like one of those, esp. with the end and rubato in there.
