Schumann In Der Nacht

Quick question regarding the downward figure in measures 11 and 12..

The editor has marked that Schumann played it 1-2 all the way down. Do you guys do this as well? At tempo it's rather clunky..

I do 1-2 then starting on the G go 1-2-3-5 twice then 1-3 on the last C and Eb, it makes it fit rather nicely under the hands

The Schumann who did it that way seems to be Clara rather than Bobby, with that fingering coming from her edition (low res pdf).

If you find yours works better there seems no reason to follow her.
