Right, I wasn't that complete in my description.
More specific, I mean the Adagio from Concerto Nš 3 in D minor, BWV 974.

Generally, I use right pedal on Bach to enrich sound colour, but not as an alternative means for legato.
For this piece, 2nd movement particularly - yes!
