We all have days where stuff doesn't work. Though, it's not certain that's your issue.
You might have a bad day, but you might also have practiced it wrong, in the sense that you did what's called Performance-practice, or, I think, block practice. What you do is simply to play and play until it's good. Then you leave it, and move on to the next.
It's proven much more effective to play one part, or passage, or phrase, whatever, for some minutes, and then move on, and eventually coming back to the first passage again. This is sort of improvement-practice. It doesn't have to show right away, but it has a longer effect than the other way. There is a lot written about it, by, for example, this guy.

But again, I don't know your situation, so maybe you're just having a bad day...
