hi I recently acquired casio px11o digital piano I keep getting knocking noises from the keys returning is this normal if not does anyone no a repair place I am I kent in the uk many thanks.

used to have one of those--the knocking means the keys are about to go out... the touch sensitivity will go first then the note will only sound at full volume. It's really annoying-- I don't know if it's worth it to fix it...usually it's not very cost effective. I only used mine for students and it wore out in about 18 months.
my suggestion--sell it on Ebay and buy a Yamaha or Roland--much better brands.

I dont recognise that model, Im guessing its an earlier model or a low end model. Is the knocking sound noticeable at volume? Most DPs will have some noise in the keyboard if hesdphones are in or the volume is low-even an acoustic piano would have key noise if there were no strings.
Casio arent a bad brand, they make some excellent DPs, but maybe not at the low end or in older DPs.
