Curly Sue is a 1991 American romantic
comedy-drama film and  it's one of my sister's favorite movie. This song is composed by Georges Delerue for the movie. I searched for the sheet music everywhere, but I didn't find it(I think, there is no public sheet music in the cloud atm), so I made my own arrangement.
