What fingering should I use when playing this?

I've been using only my thumb and index, but is there a better way?

Also, it's in the key of C

I'd use thumb and middle, I think, but as to whether it's better you'd have to try for yourself.

thank you, I tried middle and thumb, and it works a lot better

I don't know what the musical context is so it's difficult to hear but I'm assuming the tempo is allegro?

1324 is what I would intuitively use; it allows an easier legato assuming it should be played legato.  If it's non-legato, 13 and 14 seems right.
