Recording of Zelenski Theme Varie op.62

I have high expectations on this piece judging by the theme and the other Theme and Variations in G minor op.21. Unfortunately, my feeble skills refrain me from tackling the piece. I amd surprised it is not included in the Acte Prealable Zelenski Piano Works. Googling resulted in this LP:
