Is it easy ? For You for sure ;)
on: December 07, 2004, 07:26:41 PM
Hello there
Well, my story’s like this
Lately I’ve heard song “Easy” – Faith no more. I would really love to play it but I could not find any notes to it ;( I was really searching through the net and nothing. I know You play way better than I do, and perhaps someone could wrote notes down for me… I don’t know what I could do for You, but maybe someone will help me anyway. I would appreciate that...

Why don't you try listening to it over and over in front of your piano, and taking as much time as it takes, sound out and write down the notes yourself? You will surely learn alot more doing it this way.
good luck!

There's a way i've used a couple of times...
First you go out and search for a midiversion of the song/piece you're looking for.
Use a searchengine and type the name of the song and then just add "midi" after.
Download the .midi file.
Then, go and download a midinotation software. I have tried two different ones, who both have free trialversions:
MidiNotate
https://www.notation.com/
and
Noteworthy composer
https://www.noteworthysoftware.com/
Install the midinotation program, open the midisong you downloaded and you can then print the score (notes) for it.
Simple!
It's not always perfect, sometimes there's a note wrong and you will just get the notes, no notation of tempo or anything else...
Still, it has it use.
