Sounds really old..say 1950s or 60s??!?!?!? God I'm sorry the sample is so short but please help me. the song is GODLIKE

A ten second crappy sound clip?  :o

Google thinks it might be "I'm in the mood for love". That's based on the line "if it should rain" as I can't make out what preceded it.  I'm pretty doubtful that that is it, though.
