My right hand. Although, of course, I've sought to lower the frequency lest I lose sight of any real world ambitions.

Sleep at the end of the day.  Or even just giving up, like I did today, and doing whatever with the rest of the day.  Which essentially means zoning out and falling asleep wherever I'm at.
