Hi pianostarq, it seems there is a version (but you'll have, may be, to get it from one or two libraries.)

Dernier concerto pour piano avec accompagnement d'orchestre : no. 1 des œuvres posthumes

Johann Nepomuk Hummel
 Paris : S. Richault, [18--]
    Arr. for piano solo.
    41 pages of music ; 35 cm

My recherches have led to these:

SBTS Library
James P. Boyce Centennial Library
Louisville, KY 40280 United States

and

Smith College
Neilson Library
Northampton, MA 01063 United States

Greetings from Germany, 8_octaves!  :)

the person who knows nothing listens for the faults." (T. Carreño, quoting her 2nd teacher, Gottschalk.)

You would be best to post your request on Pianophilia as the chap who digitalized it is a member there.
