Problems with music Lean on Me Glee Version

I am a very new learner and having some problems with this sheet music. It appears to be alittle off when printed. Maybe someone can help i am going to attached a marked up version maybe someone can tell me the missing notes? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No, that's the treble clef.
