Berlioz- Wild "Rakoczy March"

This is a longshot but does anyone have an idea where I can find and download a PDF
of Earl Wild's arrangment of Berlioz's Rakoczy March for solo piano? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe it exists. According to the CD liner notes linked to below, the score was lost in the 1950s. Perhaps someone will transcribe it someday.
