Sorabji's 100 Transcendental Studies: Vol.4
on: April 13, 2015, 03:15:01 PM
The excellent Swedish record label BIS launched a project some years ago to record this entire cycle of studies. The pianist is the splendid Fredrik Ullén

The first three volumes have already been released to great critical acclaim and Vol. IV is now out; it's BIS 1853.

Those who already have any or all of the first three discs will know what to expect - and they will not be disappointed! Thos who don't are in for some truly formidable pianism!

A must for the shopping list of every pianist and everyone else who cares about fine piano music in exemplary performances!

Best,

Alistair

But there's no need to wait; you have only to place your order and save your physical tingling - easy-peasy, dOncha know?!...
