You really like the romantic repertoire eh? Great stuff man. That's a lot of music to play in one sitting, can't say I envy you in that regard but those are some superb performances. Are you planning on pursuing a route as a concert pianist now or becoming a teacher for other young pianists?

Beautiful, congrats!
I just do not get why are professional musicians posting links to their performances here?

Maybe to get more than 30 hits on youtube? Pathetic, I know. :) Well I would like to continue another three years to get a doctorate. And then i guess it will be some teaching, some playing, it depends. Here in Slovakia the market for classical music is quite poor. I quess no one can live only from playing. And I started taking piano playing seriosly just some 5 years back (which I now regret) as I got accepted to university.

Petzzo, that is so masterful, I loved it, and the beautiful sound of the Steinway.
Thank you for posting.  I may put it on my site, if that's ok.

Women and the Chopin Competition: Breaking Barriers in Classical Music

The piano, a sleek monument of polished wood and ivory keys, holds a curious, often paradoxical, position in music history, especially for women. While offering a crucial outlet for female expression in societies where opportunities were often limited, it also became a stage for complex gender dynamics, sometimes subtle, sometimes stark. From drawing-room whispers in the 19th century to the thunderous applause of today’s concert halls, the story of women and the piano is a narrative woven with threads of remarkable progress and stubbornly persistent challenges.
