Prelude in F# Minor - Original Composition

Hey everyone! This is a little piece I wrote quite awhile back and was just hoping to get some feedback on it. Its brief but says what I believe it needs to. Hope you enjoy! Please share feedback of any kind.

Wow dude nice job ;) You compose preludes in the style of chopin which I REALLY LIKE ;) See his 2nd prelude it's similar to yours.
You might have seen one of my videos without knowing it was that nut from the forum

Thanks a lot guys! I appreciate it. @pencilart13 - If this could be compared to any other composer I actually find it to be more Scriabin-esque. Maybe even Satie. I'm inspired by a lot of composers but try to have original characteristics with melodic contour and harmonic ideas. I definitely agree that my compositions are very romantic though. Glad you enjoyed!

A previously unknown manuscript by Frédéric Chopin has been discovered at New York’s Morgan Library and Museum. The handwritten score is titled “Valse” and consists of 24 bars of music in the key of A minor and is considered a major discovery in the wold of classical piano music. Read more
