How to make hands independent

I can't play 16 th notes on one hand and trill on the other, nor can I play triplets over eight/sixteenth notes, sometimes when both hands are playing different sixteenth notes in different pattern they mess each other up.
How can I fix this? Any way to practice that would help?
Anything would be appreciated
