Alkan - "En Songe" (In a Dream)

I had access to a better piano and performance hall today, so I recorded Charles-Valentin Alkan's "En Songe" (In a Dream). No. 48 from his Esquisses, Op. 63.
It depicts a peaceful dream, followed by being woken up. I hope you enjoy

Ha! The shirt is actually red.

I think the lighting made it look orange in this video, though. You're not the first person to ask me that, actually

Why, instead of using potato-sh*t quality video recording to record your piece, don't you record a perfect version of your Alkan pieces at 1080p and put it on your channel. Most mobile phones have 20 megapixel cameras now, and you'd seem more professional or at least it would make you work harder to meet a standard. I'm waiting for your allegro barbaro, and I want it to be 1080p.

I keep thinking "En Sponge" rather than "Songe"

gideons is right that you need better quality, though I would've been a little more polite.... Anyway it was a decent bit of music. Keep posting.
